Beyond the Breaking HeartHave You Lost Someone Recently and Feel Alone in Your Grief? You’re not alone. Beyond the Breaking Heart is a support group for those experiencing grief. Led by Julie Pitt, a Licensed Clinician with both personal and professional experience in grief, this group offers a safe, compassionate space to share, connect, and heal. Through guided discussions and helpful resources, you’ll be reminded that others understand and are walking this journey alongside you. All are welcome, no matter your loss. You don’t have to face this alone—support is here.

Alzheimer’s Support Groups play a vital role in a caregiver’s well-being. They offer something you can’t find in books or casual conversations—a blend of shared experience, emotional support, and practical knowledge.
It’s also a place to simply exhale. Caregivers often feel more comfortable opening up to others who aren’t directly involved—people who truly understand and listen without judgment, because they’ve “been there” too.
