The Wash Hut is OPEN!
The Wash Hut is currently open
on Mondays from 8:30a to 3p.
In the small brown “Hut” located behind 301 S. New Hope Road. You can see the Hut from Burtonwood Dr. & Cotton Blossom Circle.
The Wash Hut is simply a facility for laundry and personal showers for unhoused neighbors.
We have 3 washer/dryer units, one shower, snacks/drinks and a cool place to be! There are no strings attached. Volunteers look forward to getting to know you and hearing your story.
What You Can Expect of Us:
– to be treated with respect & dignity
– a safe place for a shower and to do laundry
– a cup of coffee and a snack while you wait
The Last Load of Wash starts no later than 2pm
The Last Shower starts no later than 2:45pm
What We Can Expect of You
– to place all valuables in the lockers provided.
– to use kind words and actions towards all volunteers or other patrons.
– to refrain from using drugs, alcohol, or smoking on the premises.
– to be responsible for your own items. (Volunteers are not responsible for lost or stolen items).
