Friday, Jan. 29:

4:00 pm: Leave at Covered Drive Stop for supper-Bring $ Check in @ Welcome Center & TERRACE
9:00 pm: Program w/ Brad Butler and the band “The Dundies”                                                
Midnight: Lights Out

Sat., Jan. 30:

7:30 am Breakfast @ Terrace
8:15 am Pick up Box lunches and depart for Cataloochee Ski Slopes and report to Lake J Ski Pavilion Provided at Resort
9:30 am Non-Skiers lv. for Sat. activities
5:30-6:30 pm Supper @ Terrace
7:30 pm  Program @ Shackford Hall
Midnight:Lights Out

Sunday, Jan. 31:

7:30-8:15 am Breakfast @ Terrace
8:15 am Have stuff packed & loaded on vans
9-10 am Closing Worship @ Shackford Hall
10:00 am Myers Closing Yarn Throw/Depart Stop for Lunch (bring $)…return home

ALL FORMS MUST BE RETURNED TO CONNIE with payment to Myers Memorial Youth as soon as possible. Final payments and decisions must be made by Sunday, Dec.20 as payments and rooming lists have to be turned in @ Lake Junaluska 30 days in advance.

COST:

(ALL SKIERS MUST DECIDE IN ADVANCE AND FILL OUT the ENCLOSED PAPERS)
SKIERS: $150.00 (includes 2 nights hotel, 2 breakfasts, a box lunch for Sat., Sat. supper, free ski lesson, lift ticket, rentals, and programs.)

*Snowboard rentals are an extra $15.00 and must be paid separtately to Cataloochee the day of skiing.
*No adjustments can be made if you have your own equipment...you would have to just buy your own lift ticket separate instead of the package.

* NON-SKIERS: $100.00 (includes 2 nights hotel, 2 breakfasts, a box lunch, Sat. supper and programs.)
Non-skiers will spend the day shopping and/or tubing, etc. Tubing is $25.00 for 2 hours.

EXTRA MONEY NEEDED: Traveling meals: FRIDAY SUPPER & SUNDAY LUNCH, plus any MISC. DRINK MACHINE, ETC.
